On 13 July 2023, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation issued the public consultation on: Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”). This is another round of consultation following the one in 2021. The official consultation will open until 29 July 2023. It consists of 7 chapters and 99 articles in total.
To assist our partners and colleagues, SESEC has translated these Regulations (2023) into English.
