On 20 October 2017, MIIT called for comments on 2 sectoral standards：“Specification for adaptability of welding process for lead – free components” (draft for approval) and “Lead – free solder – Chemical analysis method – Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ” (draft for approval ). The comments collection will last from 20 October to 20 November.
