Quantum Information Technology (QIT) is a new discipline that has become one of the key highlights of the development and industrial upgrading of information and community technology, and may exert great influence in the future economy development and industrial competition. In this context, major countries have formulated strategic action plans, introduced industrial policies, increased research and development investment, and carried out related standardization work in the field of QIT. China views frontier technologies as the strategic high-ground for national competitiveness, and therefore attaches great importance to the development of QIT.
